Solidara serves Teamster members and their families, as well as community members navigating career transitions, layoffs, financial hardship, family needs, behavioral health concerns, and other life challenges.

Support, referrals, and resources for eligible Teamster members and families when life, work, health, or financial challenges become difficult to navigate alone.
For Health and Well-Being
Connections to counseling, behavioral health assessments, substance use evaluations, treatment navigation, and trusted care resources.
For Financial Stability
Financial counseling, planning consultations, emergency financial assistance, tax preparation referrals, and other resources that help address financial concerns.
For Career Transitions
Dislocated Worker services for eligible individuals navigating career change, including career counseling, job search support, workshops, training, and support services.
