Mass Layoff Projects
When large layoffs occur, the State of Minnesota may establish special Dislocated Worker grants, often called projects, to support affected workers. Solidara provides career services, resources, and enrollment support for workers connected to assigned mass layoff projects.

For each employer project, you may find information about the Dislocated Worker Program, how to enroll, project updates, workshops, and announcements specific to affected workers.

At times, Solidara may share information only with participants connected to a specific employer project. This allows us to provide timely updates, targeted workshops, and resources that are most relevant to that group of workers.
Current Projects
Solidara has been selected by employee committees from the employers listed to provide Dislocated Worker services to affected workers. Through these projects, Solidara helps eligible individuals understand the Dislocated Worker Program, enroll in services, and access career counseling, job search support, training options, workshops, and other resources during their career transition.
