Solidara helps eligible members access professional assessments and evaluations when personal, behavioral health, or substance-related concerns are affecting work, well-being, or daily life. These services are designed to help identify appropriate next steps, support informed recommendations, and connect individuals with trusted providers or community resources when additional care or treatment may be needed.
Behavioral health assessments may be available for eligible individuals when a concern is connected to work, impacts job performance, or is initiated through a workplace, union, or program referral. Assessments help identify appropriate levels of care, provide recommendations for treatment or support services, and connect individuals with trusted community resources when ongoing care is needed.

Substance use evaluations may be available for eligible individuals when concerns related to alcohol, chemical use, dependency, relapse, or recovery are connected to work, affect job performance, or are initiated through a workplace, union, or program referral. Evaluations help identify appropriate levels of care, provide recommendations for treatment or support services, and connect individuals with trusted providers or community resources when ongoing care or recovery support is needed.
