Solidara is led by its Chief Executive Officer and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors representing Teamster members and affiliated local unions.
Together, our leadership and board provide strategic direction, responsible oversight, and accountability to our mission. Their combined experience in labor, workforce development, community service, and organizational leadership helps guide our work in support of Teamster families and the broader community.

Kerry-Ann is passionate about helping people move beyond immediate challenges and build lasting stability. She believes assistance should be more than a temporary handout. It should provide a pathway toward independence, opportunity, and the ability to thrive as a contributing member of the community.
