Support for Teamster Members

Solidara provides support, referrals, and resources for eligible Teamster members and their families when life, work, health, or financial challenges create a need for help. Our services are designed to help members understand their options, connect with trusted providers, and access practical support during difficult times.

Whether a member is dealing with stress, family concerns, substance use, financial hardship, illness, injury, or other personal challenges, Solidara can help identify next steps and connect members with appropriate resources.

How We Can Help

Counseling Support
Short-term counseling referrals may be available for individuals, couples, and families dealing with stress, grief, relationships, parenting, work-related concerns, or other life challenges.

Assessments & Evaluations
Solidara can help connect eligible members with behavioral health assessments, substance use evaluations, or other professional reviews when concerns are connected to work, safety, well-being, or treatment needs.

Treatment Navigation
Members may receive help understanding treatment options, identifying providers, coordinating referrals, and connecting with behavioral health or substance use treatment resources.

Financial Wellness
Financial counseling and planning consultations may be available to help members review financial concerns, consumer debt, budgeting, retirement questions, or other financial planning needs.

Emergency Financial Assistance
Emergency financial assistance may be available to eligible members in good standing who have a documented loss of work due to illness or injury, are not receiving workers’ compensation, and have a verified unmet financial need.

Other Services
Additional referrals may be available for legal consultation, eldercare support, disability claim referrals, tax preparation referrals, and other community-based resources.

Solidara supports eligible members from participating Teamsters Joint Council 32 local unions. Members can visit the Teamster Locals page to connect with their local union website.
