Teamsters Retirees Club
Founded in 2023, the Teamsters Joint Council 32 Futures Committee brings together Teamster members under age 35 from local unions across the Joint Council.

Committee members build connections through social events, participate in union actions and activities, and help introduce young people to union careers and benefits. During the school year, members also meet with graduating high school seniors to share information about union career opportunities and entering the workforce.

The Futures Committee believes every young person should understand the value of union membership, the career paths available through organized labor, and the important role the next generation holds in the future of the Teamsters.
Interested in getting involved? Connect with the Futures Committee to learn more about membership and upcoming opportunities.
