Career Counseling
Work one-on-one with a career counselor to review your goals, skills, work history, interests, and training needs. Together, you will create an individual employment plan and identify practical steps toward your next opportunity.
Job Search Support
Get help preparing for today’s hiring process, including resume writing, interviewing, online applications, networking, job search strategies, and identifying job leads.
Workshops
Participate in workshops designed to build confidence and strengthen job search skills, including resume development, interview preparation, workplace readiness, and career transition planning.
Training & Credentials
Training support may be available for eligible participants who need additional education, licenses, certifications, or skill development to return to work. Training must be reviewed and approved before it begins.
On-the-Job Training
On-the-job training may be available when an employer is willing to train a participant for a new role. If approved, the program may reimburse a portion of wages while the participant gains the skills needed for the position.
Support Services
Support services may be available to help reduce financial barriers that affect participation in job search, training, or employment. Assistance is based on eligibility, available funding, documentation, and program approval.
