Who is Solidara
Solidara is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Teamsters Joint Council 32 and governed by its members. We support Teamster families and community members through practical resources, trusted referrals, career services, and guidance that helps people move forward.

Solidara exists to uplift both Teamster members and the communities we live in. We are equally committed to supporting Teamsters and their families with resources that strengthen their personal and professional lives, while also advancing the well-being of the wider community through accessible programs, advocacy, and partnerships.

The Meaning Behind Our Symbol
The Solidara symbol reflects the evolution of our organization and the values that continue to guide our work.

The two horses standing together represent strength, partnership, and shared purpose. Their solidarity pose reflects the Teamsters tradition of standing together and supporting one another.

The circular element draws inspiration from the historic Teamsters wheel. It connects Solidara to our Teamster identity while also representing movement, progress, and the future we are building.
