Solidara is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by members of Teamsters Joint Council 32 and governed by its members. While Solidara operates as a separate nonprofit organization, our roots remain deeply connected to the Teamsters community.

Through this relationship, Solidara provides support to eligible members from nine Joint Council 32 local unions. These partnerships help ensure members and their families have access to trusted resources, referrals, and support when life, work, or financial challenges arise.
